Young Expressions ships Australia-wide using tracked Australia Post for a flat-rate $10.00 shipping fee, Express $15.00 and free shipping with orders over $100. Local drop off is free within Horsham, VIC 3400.

In some cases, a signature will be required upon delivery of your Young Expressions order.  If you are not at home, a card will be left by Australia Post alerting you to the need to pick up your order from the nearest Australia Post outlet.

All Young Expressions orders will be dispatched from our Head Office within 2 business days.  

While we endeavour to ensure that all our products are in stock, at times we may sell out.  The waiting period for out of stock items is up to 3 weeks, during which time you may register your interest in a product and be notified when it is available for ordering.

Young Expressions order will generally take up to 10 working days for delivery.  Delivery to remote areas of Australia and during peak postage times may take longer.  

Returns 

Young Expressions will provide a refund, exchange or credit note to the value of any products damaged upon receipt by the customer. We require the damaged goods to be returned within 14 days along with proof of purchase.

Return requests not covered above will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law provisions.
